    These terms cover your use of Puzzle4Life™ — the free digital platform, the made-to-order wooden pieces, and the creator marketplace.

    Using the platform

    You may use Puzzle4Life™ for personal, family, classroom, nonprofit and team use. Digital pieces are free to view, save and print. Physical pieces are made to order and paid for at checkout. You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape the catalog at scale, or resell digital downloads.

    Pricing

    • Digital pieces: always free.
    • Individual physical piece: $9.99 all-inclusive; mount pieces $14.99.
    • Sets: 7-piece $54.99, 19-piece $109.99, 37-piece $179.99.
    • Base prices include manufacturing and standard US shipping. Print, material, finish and gift options are additive upgrades shown before payment.

    Refunds and returns

    Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund of the item price. Personalised and custom-engraved pieces are returnable only if defective. Digital pieces are free, so no refund is required.

    Shipping

    USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days) is included in every base price. Expedited, express and international options are available at checkout. Full detail lives on our shipping policy page.

    Creator marketplace

    • Creators keep 70% of the net sale price of physical pieces made from their designs; Puzzle4Life™ retains 30%.
    • Creator piece prices must fall between $9.99 and $29.99.
    • Creators warrant that submitted designs are their own work and do not infringe third-party rights.
    • Payouts are made to the payout account on file once cleared funds exceed the minimum threshold.

    Classroom, nonprofit and wholesale

    • Verified classrooms and registered nonprofits qualify for discounted pricing on request.
    • Wholesale (including Faire): 50% of MSRP, $100 minimum order, Net 30 terms for approved accounts.

    Intellectual property

    Puzzle4Life™, its catalog pieces, artwork and written content are owned by GreenSprout Hub LLC. Creators retain rights to their own custom designs and grant Puzzle4Life™ a licence to manufacture, display and sell them on the platform.

    Limitation of liability

    The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenSprout Hub LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
