    Every wooden Puzzle4Life™ piece is made to order. Standard US shipping is already included in the price you see — upgrades are optional and chosen once per order.

    Production time

    Pieces and sets are made to order: allow 5–7 business days of production before your chosen shipping speed begins. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

    Tracking

    All physical orders include tracking, sent to the email address used at checkout.

    Damaged items

    If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement. No return is needed.

    Lost packages

    If tracking shows no movement 10 business days after dispatch, we will treat the package as lost and send a replacement at no cost.
