What we collect

• Order data: shipping name, address, contact email and order contents.
• Path data: pieces you save, notes and reflections you write.
• Technical data: anonymous page views, searches and error reports.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping physical piece orders.
• Saving your personal path, collections and campaign progress.
• Sending transactional email (order confirmations, sign-in links) and, only with consent, our newsletter.
• Improving the catalog and site experience using aggregate analytics.

We never sell personal data, and we never train models on your private path content.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics and Google Analytics to understand page performance. Cookies are used for sign-in sessions and cart state. You can block cookies in your browser; sign-in and cart will then not persist.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

Puzzle4Life™ is used in classrooms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental or school consent. Classroom activities are designed to be run by an adult account; students participate through printable pieces and shared displays rather than individual accounts. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Account and path data is kept while your account is active. Order records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Anonymous analytics are retained for 24 months.

GDPR and your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or a state with equivalent law, you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. Email us and we will action verified requests within 30 days. Our lawful bases are contract (orders), consent (marketing) and legitimate interest (security and analytics).
