    Overview

The Kindness Campaign teaches students to recognize and express appreciation for positive traits in their peers. Each student sends puzzle pieces with traits to classmates, and receives pieces back with traits others see in them. By the end, every student has a "Puzzle for Life" filled with affirmations from their friends.

    Timeline (5 days suggested)

    Day 1

Introduction + trait brainstorm. Assign 3-5 peers to each student.

    Day 2

Students choose traits and write/decorate puzzle pieces for each assigned peer.

    Day 3

Exchange day! Pieces are delivered (via mailbox system or direct exchange).

    Day 4

Students assemble their puzzles and review the traits they received.

    Day 5

Reflection + celebration! Students share what they learned about themselves.
